Has my order been shipped?
In–stock items normally leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days from receipt in our system. As soon as your order has been shipped we will automatically send you confirmation via email including your tracking number.

How can I track my order?
You will receive your UPS tracking number on your shipping confirmation email. You can track the item by visiting www.ups.com and enter your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for this number to become active.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard Delivery is 5-7 business days for mainland US, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Canada and Hawaii, and 6-8 business days for all other international areas.

Please note that we currently ship from Baldwin Park, CA. The warehouse shipping date is determined by product availability. If you have ordered multiple items, please be advised that your order may be shipped in several boxes.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered during promotional/game season periods?
Due to the volume of orders placed during our seasonal sales and periods of promotional activity, deliveries could take a 2-3 days longer than our standard delivery time but we will do everything we can to get you your orders as quickly as possible.

Do you ship to APO addresses?
GMENshop.com is proud to offer shipping to APO addresses. The delivery time for APO shipments may vary.

Will I have to sign for my package?
Typically, we do not require a signature when we deliver your package. However, there are instances when the UPS driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion. Please note if your parcel is damaged upon arrival then we recommend you refuse delivery and contact our Customer Service Team to let them know.

Does GMENshop.com charge sales tax?
GMENshop.com is required to collect state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence and/or affiliated businesses. If you return an item for a refund you will also receive a refund for the taxes that were applied to that item.

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards
No sales tax is charged when buying gift cards. The appropriate sales tax, if required, will be charged on the purchase when the gift card is used.

What about additional taxes and duties for international orders?
Please note that recipients outside the US will be responsible for any import duties, clearance or brokerage fees and handling charges. Any customs duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges nor can we advise on the cost. Please contact your local customs authority in order to determine this.
